If you would like to use our Bid Review Service for a bid you are working on or have coming up, please get in touch as soon as possible to ensure availability.
Submission of Draft Bid
We will ask you to send us your draft bid by a specific date, allowing enough time to implement the recommendations before the deadline.
Strategic Bid Review:
We will review your draft response, highlighting areas for improvement and providing tangible suggestions for changes where relevant.
Feedback:
You will receive strategic recommendations, readability improvements, and structural enhancements to ensure the buying organisation will positively evaluate the bid.
Evaluation and Scoring:
In some cases, your response will be evaluated just as the public body will evaluate it, providing indicative scores for all individual questions, plus an overall score. This “dress rehearsal” evaluation will be matched against the public body’s evaluation methodology, criteria, and weightings to ensure it is as accurate as possible.
